One of our favorite things we love about summer is the fresh Farmers’ Markets that seem to crop up just about everywhere. And we’re not complaining! There’s no better way to entertain guests this summer than with the freshest ingredients and juiciest vegetables.
CaliGirl Cooking creates a mean Spring Fava Bean and Burrata Grain Salad that’s definitely one for the books.
“It’s full of healthy veggies and quinoa, and topped with luscious, creamy cheese. Even better, it’s both omnivore- and vegetarian-friendly,” she mentions on her blog.
It’s the perfect dish for large-group entertaining, and Robin of CaliGirl Cooking complements this fresh grain salad with the bright blues and greens of our Lima melamine dinnerware. Presented beautifully in our Lima serving bowl, paired with our Ruffle melamine salad servers and topped with lovely orange flowers, it’s definitely an inviting (and impressive) tablescape to kick off the summer season.

any time we can make a “cold” meal during the summer I’m happy. There is nothing better than having fresh produce available at our farmers markets to prepare foods for our families and being able to enjoy them on the patio with our favorite Qsquared dishes even better
