Free Shipping

We’re pleased to offer free shipping on orders over $100 within the contiguous United States. For orders under $100, a flat-rate shipping fee applies to cover the cost of fulfilling smaller orders.

Delivery Times

Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing. Once your package is ready to ship, you’ll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number. Most orders are delivered within 5-7 business days after shipping.

Expedited Shipping

We offer two expedited shipping options:

  • UPS Next Day Air (delivered in 2 business days)
  • UPS 2nd Day Air (delivered in 3 business days)

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order size and location. Please note, expedited orders still require 2-4 business days for processing before shipping.

International Shipping

International shipping is available via USPS International. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination.

Order Cancellations

To ensure prompt and accurate order fulfillment, we cannot accommodate changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Returns

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer a replacement or refund within 30 days of your original order date. Items must be unused, in new condition, and in their original packaging.

Please note: we do not provide pre-paid return labels. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method for merchandise returned within 30 days of receipt.

To qualify for a refund:

  • Items must be unused, in new condition, and in their original packaging.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Refunds may take up to 5 business days to process. Depending on your credit card provider, it may take 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Damaged Merchandise

If you receive defective or damaged merchandise, please email a photo of the damaged item to hello@shopqhome.com within 30 days of receipt for a refund or replacement. Unfortunately, we cannot process claims for damaged merchandise reported after 30 days.
