Shipping & Returns
We are happy to offer free shipping to all orders $75 and above, shipping anywhere within the contiguous United States. If your order is under $75, there's a $6.95 flat rate fee to cover the cost of fulfilling small orders. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, additional fees may apply.
Please allow 2-4 business days for us to process your order. As soon as your package is ready to ship, you’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number. Orders typically deliver within 3-5 business days from when we ship your order. Please take a look at the map below for approximate transit times.
We offer two expedited shipping options: UPS Next Day Air (delivered in 2 business days) and UPS 2nd Day Air (delivered in 3 business days). Rates will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your order size and shipping location. Please note that all orders are subject to a 2-4 business day processing time prior to shipping.
We offer international shipping via USPS International. Shipping rates and transit times will be automatically calculated during checkout based on the size of your order and shipping destination.
If you would like to cancel your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 888-978-8895 within 1 hour of placing your order. Since we try our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, any adjustments or cancellations after 1 hour cannot be completed.
If you would like to change items in your order, please call or email us to cancel your existing order within 1 hour. Then, you can place a new order for the correct items.
If you would like to cancel your order after the 1 hour grace period, please wait for your order to arrive and follow the return instructions below to receive a full refund.

Our goal is to provide you with the highest quality products that you will love and adore. If there is any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement within 30 days of your original order date. All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. We do not provide pre-paid return labels. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the amount paid for the merchandise when returned within 30 days after the order was received. Merchandise must be returned in their original packaging and be new and unused in order to be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be issued for the full amount of the purchase. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please allow up to 5 business days for online refunds to be processed, and 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Returns received after 30 days will be eligible for store credit. Merchandise must be returned in their original packaging and be new and unused in order to be eligible for store credit. Merchandise returned after 60 days from receipt will not be eligible for store credit.
If you have received defective or damaged merchandise, please send a photo of the damaged item to firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receipt for a refund or replacement. If you do not notify us within 30 days of receipt, credit or replacements cannot be issued. If you wish to exchange your purchase for different merchandise, please return the product(s) you'd like to exchange as instructed under "Returns" to receive a refund. Then, place a new order for the new product(s) you would like to order.
All items ending in $0.99 are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, no exceptions.
